Refund Policy – Conversion Core Marketing
Conversion Core Marketing provides professional digital systems, marketing, development, and optimization services under clearly defined and agreed-upon terms. Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement, all service fees, project deposits, and consultation charges are non-refundable once work has commenced or access to deliverables, files, systems, or resources has been granted.
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at info@conversioncoremarketing.com with complete details of your concern. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are approved solely at the discretion of Conversion Core Marketing.
We reserve the right to update service pricing, packages, or related fees at any time, with or without prior notice. Any pricing changes will apply only to future projects or billing cycles and will not affect amounts that have already been invoiced or paid.
If your services are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or a breach of contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Additionally, Conversion Core Marketing does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, scope changes, modifications, or service discontinuation unless explicitly outlined in a written agreement signed by both parties.
