Cancellation Policy – Conversion Core Marketing
You may cancel a scheduled project, service package, or recurring support or maintenance plan by providing written notice before work begins, prior to a scheduled launch date, or before your next billing or renewal cycle. Cancellations made after work has commenced—or too close to the agreed start date—may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your proposal or service agreement.
If your access to Conversion Core Marketing services is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or a breach of contract, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, any associated project files, data, or account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or request any important materials (including invoices, reports, website files, system data, or creative assets) before the cancellation is finalized.
Conversion Core Marketing reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will only be issued if explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
